Accessibility statement
Tenant Magnet wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, voice control, magnification, or other assistive technology.
Our standard
We build this site to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a goal we work toward and test against. It is not a legal certification.
What we have done
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a "Skip to main content" link.
- The calculators use labelled fields with instructions and units. Errors are described in text, and results are announced to screen readers as they change.
- Text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5 to 1. Information is never shown by color alone.
- The pages reflow to a 320 pixel wide screen and work at 200 percent zoom without side-to-side scrolling.
- Motion is limited, and we honor the "reduce motion" setting on your device.
- We do not use an accessibility overlay or widget. The accessibility is built into the page code.
How we tested
We checked the site with an automated WCAG scanner (axe-core) and a manual keyboard-only walk-through. Last reviewed: October 12, 2026.
Known limitations
- Some links lead to pages on the Smart Syndicator website and the Smart Syndicator login (the "Book a demo", "Log in", terms, and privacy links). Those pages are run separately, and we do not control their accessibility.
